Proptia- Visitor Management
With 24 hour staffed entry, managing the guest experience before their arrival will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Owners and Residents may manage their guest list through Proptia.

Amenities Reservations- Now on Proptia 2.0
Reserving courts through Proptia 2.0 is easy via the web browser version. Simply visit Proptia Portal to make your reservations. We encourage you to update any bookmarks or saved links accordingly to ensure smooth access. At this time, the app does not have amenities reservations however, you may still access on your phone through the web browser.
Important Reminders:
- Court reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance.
- You are allowed to make only 2 reservations in a seven-day period per address.
- Each reservation is for a maximum of 90 minutes.
- Reservations are posted daily on the clipboards outside the courts at the Canyon Club. If there is no one signed up for a time slot, you are welcome to add your address.
